Cancellations – Reservations cancelled within 3 days of scheduled arrival will be subject to a penalty equal to either one night room/tax, or half of the total room/tax for the reservation, whichever is greater.
No Shows – Guests who fail to check-in on their scheduled arrival date are subject to a penalty equal to either one night’s room/tax, or half of the total room/tax for the reservation, whichever is greater.
Early Departures – Guests who check out prior to their scheduled departure date will be subject to a penalty equal to either one night room/tax, or half of the total room/tax for the remaining length of stay of the reservation, whichever is greater.
